17in Beadlock Wheel

17in Beadlock Wheel

$500.00

Our wheels are engineered alongside our portal axles. The high positive offset dials your scrub radius back to near-stock, so steering stays predictable instead of fighting you on every rock.

  • Size: 17in x 9in
  • Offset: +45mm
  • Backspacing: 6.25in
  • Wheel Style: True Beadlock
  • Material: Forged Aluminum
  • Weight: 39lbs
  • Bolt Patterns: 5x5in or 6x5.5in
  • Lug Nut Style: Conical, 60 degree taper
  • Lug Nut Size: 1/2in, M12, or M14

Forged aluminum gives you the best strength-to-weight ratio of any wheel construction, which means less unsprung mass and more durability where it counts.

Every wheel includes a built-in port for rapid deflation options and future CTIS integration ready to go.

Modular Design

Portal Pros axles are built around a modular architecture that keeps things simple and adaptable. Each assembly uses the same core components across all platforms, with only four vehicle-specific parts:

  • Mount plate
  • Input gear
  • Brake caliper mount
  • Drive flange

This approach allows the portal axle to be easily transferred between vehicle platforms by swapping only the vehicle-specific components.

Gearing Calculation
  • Axle Gear: 3.73 x 1.25 = 4.66
  • Axle Gear: 4.10 x 1.25 = 5.13
  • Axle Gear: 4.56 x 1.25 = 5.70
  • Axle Gear: 4.88 x 1.25 = 6.10
  • Axle Gear: 5.13 x 1.25 = 6.41
Recommended Upgrades
  • Aftermarket ball joints such as Metalcloak’s Baller Joints
  • Inner C-gussets
  • Axle housing truss front and rear
  • Wheels with positive offset (12mm-50mm, or 5in-6.5in backspacing) to reduce outer width and improve scrub radius
